Refund policy

⚠️ International orders outside the USA are final sale - no returns , refunds or exchanges.

Returns are accepted on new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned with a trackable shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we are not responsible for lost shipments. Make sure to pack the shipment properly with adequate cushioning material and sealed in a plastic bag within the box to avoid spillage. If we receive the product damaged, there will be a 20% restocking fee added. Returns with products that are opened, or without information requested below completely filled out or missing will not be refunded. It's important to provide your email address, so we can notify you once the package is processed back into our facility and we've initiated your refund. Shipping is not included.
