We want you to love your EcoColors purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

• Products must be unopened and unused
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• International orders outside the US are final sale, except where required by applicable law, including EU customers' right of withdrawal.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by initiating a request through your customer account: https://account.ecocolors.net

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We will refund your payment, including the cost of standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, to your original payment method.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used hair color products, as these are personal care items that cannot be returned once the seal is broken for hygiene reasons.
